帝国憲法発布記念章
(Teikoku Kenpou Happu Kinen Shou)
The 1889 Imperial Constitution Promulgation Commemorative Medal was established in that year to
celebrate the first constitution of Japan.
The gold medal was awarded to Imperial princes and the silver to people of chokunin or sonin rank.
The women's version has a bow ribbon.
